Making Online Content Accessible For All Course provided invaluable insights into accessibility, going beyond compliance to emphasize the importance of inclusive design. I especially appreciated the hands-on activities, such as screen reader testing and navigation by headings, which gave me a deeper understanding of accessibility from a user's perspective. The course also provides a list of key accessibility resources for evaluation tools and inclusive design. Nicole is an engaging instructor who fosters a supportive learning environment and goes above and beyond by providing additional resources for a personalized learning experience.

I believe that when someone recognizes that something is not accessible, they can't "un-see" it. I hope that when that happens for me, that I continue to have the desire to make the changes necessary to remove barriers wherever I can. This course was packed with so much information and even though I had a lot of experience coming into the course, I learned so much more than I thought I would. The world of making digital products accessible means you are forever learning and adding new skills - this course did exactly that in more ways that I had hoped! I highly recommend this course. We contracted with L'Etoile Education to help us improve our organization's use of our newly adopted Learning Management System, Canvas. Nicole partnered with us to do an accessibility and engagement audit of our LMS virtual design. We wanted to ensure our adult learners can access and fully engage with our virtual learning tools. Nicole supported our LMS designers in applying greater accessibility and engagement through HTML and coding. Nicole's responsiveness pushed our work to new heights in a short amount of time. AthenaK12, was recently in the process of selecting a Learning Management System (LMS) for our organization. After having completed much research, we discovered that we needed assistance in narrowing down our options to a small set of companies that would provide the elements we needed, with excellent service and a budget that worked for us. We had partnered with Dr. Nicole L’Etoile over several years on multiple projects, many of which had an online training delivery component, and knew first hand of her expertise in delivering and designing engaging online training and her deep understanding and facility with LMS platforms. Within a very tight timeline, Nicole helped to review and refine our analysis and pare down our list to a manageable set.
