Making Online Content Accessible for All

NEW: Self-Paced Version of Making Online Content Accessible for All is designed for organizations and teams who want to build practical accessibility skills and create inclusive digital experiences.

Grounded in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), this training equips participants to design, evaluate, and remediate digital content, especially e-Learning and online training, so it works for all users, including people with disabilities.

The program is designed for flexible, independent progression. Participants move through the content at their own pace while having opportunities to engage with others in the learning environment as they progress. This creates a dynamic experience where participants can exchange insights and perspectives without being tied to a fixed schedule or group.

The training emphasizes hands-on practice, real-world scenarios, and applied evaluation methods so participants can immediately apply what they learn.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Apply WCAG principles to design and improve digital content
  2. Identify and audit accessibility issues using the W3C methodology
  3. Recommend and implement practical accessibility improvements
  4. Communicate accessibility findings clearly to stakeholders
  5. Produce an accessibility audit as a capstone deliverable (no feedback or grade will be provided)
