Making Online Content Accessible for All is an in-depth course designed to equip educators, instructional designers, and consultants with the skills to create and evaluate accessible digital content.
Focusing on the latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2), this course teaches practical strategies to make online courses usable for all learners, including those with disabilities.
Over six weeks, participants will explore best practices for ensuring accessibility through hands-on activities, scenarios, and evaluation tools.
Facilitated in D2L, in partnership with Dr. Luke Hobson’s Instructional Design Institute, with excellent resources, self-paced segments, weekly connections, and personal support. Learn in a safe space, join interactive weekly sessions, and network with peers.
This course introduces learners to the Web Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Utilize tools for accessibility evaluation and remediation. Facilitated by Dr. Nicole L'Etoile.

- Apply the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 standards to design and evaluate digital content for accessibility.
- Gain skills using digital tools to audit and remediate accessibility issues, aligning with standards and best practices.
